Pitching Lessons — Baseball & Softball

One-on-one pitching work on our regulation-distance lane. Baseball pitchers train with Coach David, fastpitch pitchers with Coach Dee. Every session pairs mechanics with command work so strikes come from a repeatable delivery, not from aiming.

Who it's for

Pitchers of any age who want mechanics cleaned up, velocity built the right way, or command they can trust in an inning.

Led by Coach David (baseball) and Coach Dee (fastpitch).

What the session covers

  • Delivery mechanics from set-up through follow-through
  • Command work to spots in and out of the zone
  • Grips and movement appropriate to the player's age and arm
  • Fastpitch: whip, drive, and spin work for rise, drop, and change
  • Arm care, warm-up routine, and workload conversation with parents

Common questions

Do you teach breaking balls to young pitchers?

Only when the coach judges the player ready. Younger pitchers work on delivery, fastball command, and a change-up first.

Can a pitcher use the lesson for hitting too?

Yes. In a 1.5 or 2 hour session coaches often split time between pitching and hitting. Just mention it at the start.

How often should a pitcher come in?

Most families book weekly during the season and every other week in the off-season. Your coach will recommend a pace.
