Catching & Fielding Lessons

Glove work in our defense zone: short-hop turf, reaction wall, and footwork ladders. Catchers work receiving, blocking, and throws to second. Infielders and outfielders work angles, footwork, and clean transfers under repetition.

Who it's for

Catchers, infielders, and outfielders in baseball or fastpitch who want defense to be the reason they stay on the field.

Led by Coach David and Coach Dee.

Common questions

Does my catcher need their own gear?

Yes, bring full catching gear and a glove. Helmets and L-screens are here for cage work.

Can we combine defense with hitting?

Yes. A 1 hour or longer session can be split between defense and hitting — tell the coach when you arrive.

Do you work with multi-position players?

Often. Many players split time between two positions, and sessions are planned around whichever needs the work.
